Hon. Felkin K. Dena
Hon. Felkin K. Dena, County Executive Committee Member for Education & ICT, Kilifi County. Born and raised in Kilifi County, Hon. Felkin K. Dena has dedicated his life to advancing education and ICT in his community. With a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Nairobi, he possesses a robust academic foundation that has guided his professional journey. His deep-rooted connection to Kilifi County and his educational background have shaped his approach to addressing the unique needs of local schools and educational institutions.
Hon. Dena’s tenure as CECM for Education & ICT has been marked by transformative initiatives and impactful reforms. His leadership has been instrumental in implementing educational reforms that have significantly improved learning outcomes and expanded access to quality education across the county. Recognizing the importance of vocational training, he has played a crucial role in enhancing vocational training programs and establishing new facilities. These initiatives are designed to equip the youth with practical skills and job readiness, thereby supporting their transition into the workforce.
Mr. Fredrick Nguma
Mr. Fredrick Nguma serves as the Chief Officer for Education in Kilifi County, a role in which he oversees and manages the county’s educational initiatives and policies. His extensive career in education administration is marked by a commitment to improving educational outcomes and ensuring access to quality education for all students in the region.
Ms. Lerine Muoti Kitema
Ms. Lerine Muoti Kitema is the Chief Officer for ICT in Kilifi County. With a wealth of experience in the ICT sector, she plays a pivotal role in driving the county’s digital transformation agenda. Ms. Kitema holds a strong academic background in ICT, having earned a degree in Computer Science and various certifications in digital governance and technology management
