I convened a consultative meeting with chief officers today to review the status of project implementation within each department and at the county level. I am pleased to report that 90% of the projects have been successfully procured, with contractors now poised to commence work without delay.
In line with this, my administration is committed to ensuring prompt payment for contractors who have completed their work satisfactorily. It is my firm belief that we must strive for optimal development outcomes in Kilifi County.
