Today, Hon. Felkin K. Dena, CECM for Education and ICT, inaugurated a five-day training program for Early Childhood Development (ECD) teachers. Organized by the Aga Khan Academy in partnership with the Department of Education, the training is part of the Foundation for Learning (F4L) initiative.

Hosted at Kilifi Primary School, the program aims to enhance ECD teachers’ skills and knowledge, providing them with crucial insights and methodologies for nurturing young learners. The CECM thanked the Aga Khan Academy for their collaboration, highlighting the importance of such partnerships in improving educational quality.

Also present was Madam Rose Erulu, Director of Early Childhood Development. The training will introduce innovative approaches to support holistic development in young children, establishing a strong foundation for their future education.
