The inaugural Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) games for Malindi Town Ward took place with much enthusiasm at HGM Primary School in Malindi. The event, showcasing the talents of young learners from various ECDE centers in Malindi town ward, featured a range of exciting activities including leg ball, football, sack race, searching games, and relay races.
Underlining the significance of co-curricular activities, the Chief Officer for Education, Mr. Fredrick Nguma, graced the occasion to witness the spirited competition among the budding athletes. Accompanying him was the Director for ECDE, Madam Rose Erulu, who commended the participants for their sportsmanship and dedication.
The event not only fostered a sense of healthy competition but also highlighted the importance of holistic development in early childhood education. With such initiatives, Malindi Town Ward aims to nurture young talents and promote physical activity among its ECDE learners.
