Today, the induction program for the newly elected Kilifi County Comrades Association (KCCA) leadership took place. The program aimed to equip the new leaders with essential skills for effective leadership and to address challenges during their term.

County Executive Committee Members from various departments participated, offering mentorship and guidance to the student leaders. The program covered topics such as enhancing leadership potential, understanding the roles and qualities of student leaders, effective communication, time management, and self-awareness. These topics were selected to improve the association’s efficiency and service delivery to students.
