Felkin K. Dena, CECM for Education & ICT, led the second phase of the County Mashinani initiative with a visit to Kakuyuni ward. Joined by key officials including Hon. Morris Kitsao Hinzano (MCA), Mr. Hezekiah Mwarua (Chief Officer for Water and Natural Resources), Mr. Philip Wario (Chief Officer for Livestock Development), Mr. Dadu Chome (Acting Malindi Subcounty Administrator), and the Ward Administrator, the team assessed several key facilities.

The visit focused on evaluating Kavunyalalo and Madunguni Dispensaries, the Shomani to Madunguni road, and the Kakuyuni Micro-Irrigation Scheme. Discussions emphasized progress and effectiveness, aiming to enhance healthcare, infrastructure, and agriculture in Kakuyuni.
