Deputy Governor H.E. Flora Mbetsa Chibule was honored to attend a significant event at Bandacho Primary School in Adu Ward, Magarini Sub-county, celebrating the school’s prize-giving day. The school was recognized for its outstanding performance in the previous year’s KCPE exams, being the top school in Kilifi County and the entire Coast region.

Led by Principal Madam Constance Kanze Mwaria, with the support of dedicated teachers, board members, and parents, Bandacho Primary achieved impressive results. Sixty-four students earned placements in national schools, and fifty students received full scholarships from the governor. This success reflects the collective effort and commitment to excellence.

Deputy Governor Chibule congratulated the school community for their hard work and dedication, expressing pride in their accomplishments. She reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to collaborating with educational institutions to raise education standards across Kilifi County, ensuring every child has access to quality education.

The event was attended by notable leaders, including Hon. Harry Kombe, MP for Magarini; Hon. Samson Zia, MCA for Adu Ward; Hon. Felkin K. Dena, CECM for Education and ICT; Hon. Catherine Kenga, CECM for Public Works, Roads, and Transport; and Mr. Fredrick Nguma, Chief Officer for Education, highlighting the event’s importance and commitment to educational excellence.
